• Current and prospective customers who want to understand how we operate
• Amazon and other platform partners who require compliance documentation
• Anyone interested in our data security and privacy practices

This Policy and Terms governs how PPC Ninja accesses and uses Amazon Services APIs and other third-party platforms on behalf of our customers.

1. What We Do

• We only provide services to support legitimate Amazon business activities that you are authorized to perform
• We do not facilitate or promote violations of Amazon policies or marketplace rules
• If we suspect policy violations, we may suspend service access and report to Amazon as required
• We maintain compliance with all Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines

2. Data Access and Security

Account Security:

• Never share your Amazon account credentials, access keys, or passwords with anyone
• Only authorize PPC Ninja through official Amazon authorization processes
• Do not attempt to circumvent Amazon's security or access controls

Data Protection:

• We access only the data necessary to provide our services to you
• All data is kept secure and confidential according to industry standards
• We do not share your business data with competitors or unauthorized third parties
• Data access is limited to authorized PPC Ninja personnel on a need-to-know basis

3. Data Usage Restrictions

Customer Information:

We use Amazon customer personally identifiable information (PII) only for:

• Meeting legal and tax requirements as required by law

We do not use customer PII for marketing, order fulfillment, or any other unauthorized purposes.

Data Sources:

• We only access Amazon data through official Amazon APIs (SP-API, Advertising API)
• We do not use any non-Amazon sources to retrieve Amazon information
• We do not scrape Amazon websites or use unauthorized data collection methods

What We Don't Do:

• We do not target Amazon customers for product marketing using API data
• We do not engage in review manipulation or fabrication
• We do not aggregate data across multiple client accounts for resale
• We do not share insights about Amazon's business operations

Data Sharing:

• Customer data is only shared when necessary to provide authorized services
• Any data sharing follows strict security standards and legal requirements
• We are transparent about what data we access and how we use it

4. Amazon AUP Compliance (Sections 4.4 & 4.5)

Data Aggregation (AUP 4.4):

• We do not aggregate data across different Amazon sellers' businesses or customers
• Each client's data remains completely separate and confidential
• We do not sell aggregated insights to any parties, including competing sellers
• Client data is used solely to provide services to that specific client

Data Sharing and Business Insights (AUP 4.5):

• We do not promote, publish, or share insights about Amazon's business operations
• We do not use insights about Amazon's business for our own commercial purposes
• All data sharing is limited to what's necessary to provide authorized services to our clients
• We maintain transparency about any data sharing with third parties (only when required for service delivery)
• We provide reliable, accurate tools and maintain appropriate system performance
• Our applications respect Amazon's API throttling limits and quotas
• We implement data validation and integrity checks for all analytical processing
• We promptly address any issues that could impact your Amazon business

5. Service Quality Standards

• We comply with all applicable laws including GDPR, PIPEDA, and other privacy regulations
• We respect intellectual property rights of Amazon and others
• We provide services transparently with clear explanations of functionality and data usage
• We maintain compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy
• We will not use Amazon's data for malicious purposes or in violation of Amazon's requirements

6. Our Compliance Commitments

You may not use PPC Ninja services to:

• Violate any Amazon policies or terms of service
• Access data you are not authorized to view
• Share access credentials or attempt to access other users' accounts
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate Amazon's systems
• Use our services in ways that could harm Amazon's platform or other users

7. Prohibited Uses

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate this AUP or our Terms of Service
• Engage in activities that risk our API access with Amazon
• Fail to pay required fees
• Use services in ways that could harm our platform or other users

8. Account Termination

We may update this Policy and Terms to maintain compliance with Amazon requirements and applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
